No guys guys chill. Hyper activeness is often mistaken for motivation and excitement but it is a dangerous thing and can lead to failure.
What you need to do is relax, just calm down. Okay you're not drawing enough right? You want to draw more? The thought of having drawn alot and having skills is exciting it makes you wanna just jump at and start drawing. But we all know what happens after that. 10 mins into your power montage of studying you get bored and you stop and sometimes even feel like you're not up for the job, that you're a failure. That's the hype. You wanna avoid it. It's immature
What you should instead is calm yourself, slow down your excitement. Think about why you want to git gud, think about how you need to git gud. It's gonna take a long time. And then realize that it really is going to take a long time and accept that. And then, with a calm and collected mindset, do some serious studying of whatever you need to do. Do about 20 minutes, and take a short break with a glass of water and do a little more, and do as much as you're comfortable with.
You have to be reasonable with yourself. If you don't work hard enough, you don't make progress but if you work too hard in a short period of time you burn out. Calmness is the ultimate emotion, all other emotions decieve us to be biased towards one or the other causing us to make poor decisions but calmness is logical and correct.
Art is a journey that needs to be worked at just a little bit at a time. You have your entire life ahead of you to make it, there's no need to rush
>TL;DR
Don't fall into the hype, think clearly and do what must be done to succeed in a realistic way.
