Krita, SAI or Clip Studio?

Do they correspond to different needs or is Clip Studio better overall?

Also, any way to get this lineart pencil?

Wat Do

No.2262342 ViewReplyReportDelete
Alright /ic/, I've reached a point where I really need to make a decision about where my life is going, and I could use some second opinions.
I need to become self-sustaining, and fast. When I look at my possible options though I can't seem to think of it all clearly and make a decision. So I need help deciding what kind of work I should look for and where to apply, or if I should just try to strike out on my own with Patreon or something like that. I just need help making a game plan; figuring out where I should start, what kind of work I'm even qualified or best suited for, etc. but I'm not asking to be spoon-fed a solution, just having some people to bounce ideas off of would be great.

Building an art career has tons of branching paths and it can get confusing and overwhelming, so anyone else who's struggling with figuring out what they should do and wants to talk about it is welcome ITT too.
Let's talk this out, /ic/

Alternative Art/Stylization General

No.2255662 ViewReplyLast 50ReportDelete
This thread is meant for artists who might want to try to make stylized work in-between their studies. It is strongly recommended that you use this thread in conjunction with learning the elements and fundamentals of art. You can also discuss the visual elements of various professional artists as well if you keep it relatively articulate and civil.

None of Bob Ross's on-air paintings were created spontaneously, and he always had the first copy hidden off screen for reference.
