I have no screen protector and have used two pixel-point styluses [Wacom's and Adonit's] and neither have scratched my screen in the slightest. Where have you heard this? The tips are rounded, they aren't needle point or some shit. Pic related.

If anything, I could see them doing damage to screen protectors if you press hard enough. But right on glass? Not a chance. You'd have to press hard enough to break the stylus to even come close to scratching the screen.

Wow you're completely fucking wrong. Every app that supports connective styli supports palm rejection, and several [Procreate included, my favorite] have flawless palm rejection even with a non-connective stylus.

So while I agree that a Surface is obviously a better choice don't go around spreading bullshit that you have no idea about.
