>>2256241Oh shi, i'm slowly preparing a portfolio to join this company. I think the key thing in this style is the drawing - experimenting a lot with proportions, pushing and exaggerating them and looking for pleasing and clear shapes/silhouettes.
Personally i think that Blizzard is extremely good at this, so it might be a good idea to do lots of studies of their designs and try to understand why did they made specific choices with proportions/face features.
Also check out Disney, Pixar and other western cartoons, tons of super cool designs.
