Regarding the snowmobiling thing, idk man I don't have the exact thing to cite for you. All I remember is that when I was over there a couple of people I talked to about snowmobiling (since it's big in my home area, I wanted to know how it is in Norway) they mentioned that most people don't do it south of the Nordland because they're much more likely to get caught by the police. The people in Bodǿ I talked to said they go a little north when they want to ride. Why that is, I don't know. I was hoping you might know further about it.
