Other than that you're right though, most Canadian men aren't huge fans of extreme subzero weather, but not enough to really complain, and it's vastly superior to 35°+ days.
0°-10° is the perfect temp, good crisp, sweat and bug free, working weather. Easier to sleep on cooler nights too.
