Not really tbh, we're pretty segregated. Also a lot of neighborhoods are gentrifying now. Lots of hipsters are replacing the blacks and latinos here.

Which one, the segregated part? For the most part neighborhoods here are predominantley one group. If you mean the gentrifying part then I see it all over the city. Parts of Brooklyn that used to be filled with latinos are now mostly white hipsters. A lot of old run down factories and houses are either being renovated or completely torn down to make modern apartments.

This is true in the Bay Area too.
A lot of formerly super ghetto black areas are now hipster havens.

Oakland, believe it or not, is increasingly hipster. It's a very defined line still and the city is still mostly a black ghetto, but areas near Jack London Square, for example, are entirely white hipster kids now moving out of the city.
