Through self defense, police shootings and hate crimes, we actually do kill a lot of black people, context aside.
Police do beat the fuck out of them, but that's based on how the black community acts(crime, rebelliom), which in turn reflects on the individual blacks who suffer from the police bearing down as a result.

She was ordered to leave, didn't comply, they even said he is "school police" so I'm guessing removing disruptive students is a large part of his job description.

At first I was surprised that he wasn't immediately lynched by a nearby group of male nig nogs, but then I remembered it was at a school.
