It's time to admit Europe no longer matters in the 21st-century geopolitical and geostrategic world order.
Europe has no real military to exercise hegemony. It has no real ideology to export. Its mercantile products are overpriced and commonly produced elsewhere.
People in other parts of the world embrace the future and the possibilities it can bring. But Europeans are focused on the past, reaching back for time that will never return.
I would hate to be a young European, even in their youth they act like bitter old men who think they deserve better.
It's hard to predict what tomorrow will bring. But Europe could literally disappear and my life wouldn't be affected. That's how little Europe matters.
