I don't think that Serbia is like Germany in that they are doing it out of guilt and legitimately feel that it is their duty or whatever. They are probably just trying to lay low for now after what happened to them in the last two decades.

They are quite literally cucked by the Germans, just like the rest of us. At least the parasites don't stay in their country so it's not that bad for them, unlike us in western Europe.
