a question for Romanians

does the Romanian language have some very culture-specific concept that Romanians find very hard to translate? something very hard to explain to foreigners, like Portuguese saudade

I need this for my studies

There is an expression "a freca menta" which roughly translates to as I'm rubbing a leaf of mint but it means that you are just wasting you time

Another one would be "a lua boli de la bicicleta" which roughly translates to as "To get dieseases from your bike" and it means to not be afraid by your punishment

t.Romanian in Poland

There is a word "dor" which can't really be translated to anything in English and It means that you miss someone

Desenrascar-se is far harder to translate and far more characteristic of us.
