The problem is, people will never get rid of xenophobia.
True tolerance is understanding that there are differences in humans while not looking down on others.
Niggers are dumb. Yeah. But they're human. So don't expect them to live up to the standard of a white society, but give them the respect and kindness that every human deserves, as long as they respect human rights, or would respect them once confronted with them.
Same with women. Women are more prone to having too little or too much confidence due to fathers not getting how to be a father, although the father is the most important person a female will ever have in her life.
If her father was quite the authoritarian, respect that she's submissive and don't abuse it.
If her father fucked up and spawned her bitch, take control and guide her away from being a bitch with the power of male influence.
Women need guidance. They're even more dependant on male influence than men on female one. That doesn't mean that we should look down on them, that just means we should acknowledge that and live in symbiosis with this truth.
This way, and only this way, by embracing the truth and finding solutions instead of workarounds and judgement, will all the communicative and social problems in our society be solved.
