Suburbs built after the 90s are God awful.

Mines was built around 91 and we have sidewalks and a park and my cousins was built in 2005 where there are no sidewalks or parks.

Literally the only problem I have is the ambulance and police sirens but that's because old windows. Walls are thick enough I never in my life heard my neighbours and I live in a commie block 13 stories high but then again there's only 5 apartments per floor.

Thing is I live just down the road from the commercial area of the city (and I have one supermarket across the street any way) and in the opposite direction of roughly 1km the forest starts.

Those are nice houses, and they even have a decent road network instead of doing the bare minimum. These suburban developments age quite well (trees, gardens, renovations and additions to houses) as long as there's a good resident population.
