I met two really nice families from Uruguay, top tier immigrants. I'm about to be called a chicano or something for having a positive opinion of a South American peoples.
But seriously, every Uruguayan I've met has been a great person.

Because they tell me and or I ask where they're from? I've never met an Argentinian, I wouldn't know what sort of culture their people are immersed in and if they're as receptive as Uruguayans.
Argentina and Uruguay seem like America and Canada. I'd rather hang out with Canadians.

yes, I had exaclty three braziian colleagues, they were too popular and I too autistic for us to ever have a strong friendship, but they were basically portuguese in everything but the accent, and the fact one of them was kind of mullato. Later, just 2 years ago, my brazilian cousins returned to Portugal the first time in 15 years, and one of them brought a hot girfriend which would hug and kiss me a lot after a few days(they stayed in my house for two weeks), never had that from a girl before, plus she was so joyful and extroverted and happy, and had a sexy accent.

I was working at an engine-manufacturing plant before I broke my wrist a couple months ago and there was this guy there from Venezuela. He was alright but fatter than fuck. Fat immigrants seem to annoy me more than fat natives for some reason.

Tons. The south's hispanic population has been increasing very quickly for a while now.

They vary a lot, but the families of most are from Mexico and act pretty similar to blacks here. My Spanish teachers were from Panama and El Salvador, and they were decent. Not sure if I've ever met any South Americans.

Latinos are usually uncultured because their education is very subpar, which is not really the population's fault.
They are nice and friendly people, will make fun of you constantly, hold family values and are thankfully not muslims. Many pretend to be catholic without really following any religious advice or knowing anything about the Bible.

They vary a lot depending on the country they come from. But the major differences come from social classes. It's one of the most unequal continents, so people with money and education are notably different (and usually whiter) to the ones who live in the shit zones. These poor people are the ones that emigrate to other countries.

i'm a university student and i did my erasmus there... and man, i don't consider myself to be some sort of erudite but your people were... well, more party-oriented. i found myself out of topics to discuss with spaniards. with the italian and the french, i had no problem talking about politics, art... but with the spaniards it was impossible.
