Unless it comes from doped up race horses (that were used in the lasagna scandal 2 years ago), it's said to be a better version of beef, and I could understand why - no real mass farming possible with horses in the same kind pigs and cows are held.
Definitely would give it a try, but no butchery near here has any as far as I know, and I'm not the guy to order food online (I mean it has to be cooled and shit)... maybe I'll consider doing it though at the start of the next grilling season (as soon as there's the first sunny 20°C+ day around March)
