I cannot take Indians or Arabs seriously, they look like clowns. Add in the accent and it is just like trying to have a normal conversation with a child.

My proposal is they are all required to ride unicycles, this will keep them busy so they can't bomb things or do annoying tech support. It will also keep the ignorant from accidentally taking them seriously, discuss.
