No one else comes close, deep ocean navy, fleets of aircraft, number of active military bases, being able to supply all of this and afford it. It will take decades before any competing powers have what the US has now. Even if money was not an issue just producing all of the equipment and vehicles, training all of the men, building all of the bases and structures is unthinkable for anyone else without serious long term reforms.
