Christianity was actually present Africa more or less from the very beginning, way before Islam showed up. The Copts and Alexandrine Orthodox are still around in Egypt and Ethiopia despite more than a thousand years of Muslim persecution.

Of course, Amerifat education being so awful and the blacks' own "we waz kings n'shit!" they never learn about this and instead see Christianity as an imposed religion while Islam defined Africa.
