Their country has lacked a stable and legitimate government for years. In Somalia, life is practically a free for all. You can kill someone and get away with it, but just as easy as it is for you to kill someone and get away with it, you can get killed just as easily. Somalia doesn't actually have any industry that's worth mentioning and their economy just gets worse every day. The lack of jobs is so terrible, that the Somali people have had to resort to crimes like piracy. You can go to an autonomous region of Somalia called Somaliland, but no one recognizes that place as a country, and if you go there, you're screwed if anything happens to you as there are 0 embassies there.
