Is living in Italy basically the best possible way to live life on this planet? Do Italians have it right?

>preferably living somewhere in a medium size old town on one of the coasts
>6 hour work days
>zipping through traffic on your way home riding your vespa or sporty fiat
>come home to your 10/10 faccia bella wife
>she's been cooking a home made meal all day with fresh ingredients from the garden
>you pour a bottle of some of the best wine on the planet in two classes and listen to some music
>eat a delicious meal then have passionate sex all night

Yes, somewhere in America some guy has a bigger house than you, a bigger truck, more money in the bank. But he isn't as happy as you, he's miserable and doesn't get to enjoy life as much.
