And actually, that'd be a damn fine place to get to, if survival is your goal. The outside artifacts that Rinnosuke collects and sells might contain something that would raise survival odds.
Of course, the odds of anyone speaking English are rather low, all things considered. The most likely candidates for that are some of the SDM household (dangerous, though Remilia is definitely fluent at least), the Moriya shrine folk (since they arrived more recently from the outside world), or if you're willing to put up with a frustratingly slow conversation you could write things down for Kosuzu. She'd be poor at responding, though.
