I started with Sapporo Ichiban but then later decided to explore other avenues of ramen. Paldo's Gomtang ramen has become my favourite as of late. Not too salty and the broth is light.

Comes with seasoning, dried onion, seasoning oil, soysauce and chili sauce. Mix all that in and its mint.

This is probably a pleb way but I did one once with beef stock and vegetable stock and sesame oil and soy sauce and it was pretty good. Also put some veggies in there like carrots and mushrooms. And some actual meet I put stew beef in mine.

Like I said this is probably a pleb way though.

I recently got a variety pack of this not too long ago. I'm usually fine with spicy shit, but their Spicy Beef flavor took me completely off guard. Completely floored me.

Word of caution there, but the other flavors are alright, all things considered.
