If your AK has the proper porting on the gas tube it will be suppressible. However, the long piston system is not necessarily suppressor-friendly. It is significantly louder than direct gas impingement or blowback designs, but with subsonic ammo all you hear is the cycling. Very suppressible, but not the best candidate.
