The reason why the russian sufferd so bad in the chechen wars was not because they used equipment that was bad due to design.
It was because they were all a bunch of retarded vodka drinking dogs who are corrupt as fuck.

They did perform better in the second chechnya war but still pretty bad.
And what did the generals in moscow say to the press?
