Whats the best way to make A Light Shining in Darkness?

I know other than the very front end the Colt New Agent is the most simliar, including the trench sights and everything. But the New Agent also has the gayass flashy "COLT NEW AGENT" engraving on the slide, when I want something flat and clean I can actually have the correct text engraved into for the gun.

What are some other fictional guns that you'd like to see recreated in real life?

Not getting something because fedoras like it doesn't make you better than them, it just lets them control you.

Only thing is that it doesn't have the forward assist...Do they make A1's with the forward assists? I'm actually not that familiar with AR15's beyond cursory knowledge

Yeah, there is a charging handle on the BCG on the side (you can kinda see it) and the in-game animation shows you side-charging it. But these things can be overlooked for sake of realism.

Probably, I know there is one (XCR maybe?) that has a left hand charging handle, but if I were to make one it wouldn't have one of those as a base. It's probably the result of ignorant game design, as much as I would want bethesda/obisdian to be anal about gun details, I know it's not their style.

on a 10/22 the bolt travel and cartridge is fairly short so something like that would be fine

however on a gun of that size theres just not enough room you would need a cutout in it like a sig. they way it is now it wouldnt even go far back enough to strip a round from the mag
