Combat Controllers are special operations air traffic control and (some) forward air control type things.
Combat Weather is special operations weathermen. don't laugh, one of the Chiefs at my base is former Combat Weather and he's a hard-eyed steely mug. weather is actually really critical to maximizing both airborne and special operations stuff.
TACP is forward air controllers.
the other thing is that's just the ground units. AFSOC is a lot of flyers too. helos and Ospreys and MC-130's to drop off spec ops dudes, AC-130s to provide fire support, a bunch of random fixed wing planes to do secret squirrel stuff, RPAs to do secret squirrel stuff...
