Let's pretend I'm out and about on town running errands. I'm conceal carrying my MP Shield with Hornady Critical Defense 115gr.
A wild crazed person appears and he is shooting randomly at people.
He's wearing a normal bullet proof vest you can buy online.
What happens if I were to draw my weapon and mag dump into his upper body (no head shots, just body shots where his vest is).
Being that he's wearing a bullet proof vest, did I just fuck myself by shooting at him and drawing his attention to me?
In other words the 8 rounds I fired at his chest (assuming I'm close enough to hit him with all 8 shots) aren't going to do shit to him in terms of incapacitating him?
