Pretty good since they're usually larger volume without blocking the sights, although round suppressors can be made the same way.

Own an osprey 45
Dont have to use tall sights on some firearms, need tall sights on others (glock 22,17)
Balances a bit better, the ospreys are supprisingly light.
Dont have suppressor covers, but i dont know why youd need one.
The timing is more obvious, this helps if the can has the habbit of "walking out of timing"

I for one absolutely could not handle it, my OCD would trigger hard.
I know you can get the threads worked so that it should line up the correct way when you put it on. But if I couldn't get it to screw on literally perfectly every time, like if it was 1 degree off, I would go crazy and hate it.

Just make the damn thing round.

Well, let's talk about the Osprey then.
1. It works, and it works well.
2. It's often low enough to not need raised suppressor sights. That's an ergonomic advantage.
3. It's reasonably priced for its performance.

So assuming there was a directly comparable suppressor in every way, except that it's uglier, which do you choose?
