We use pieces of tire for back stops in shoot houses but it is very thick. She would had to been wearing so much of it that would not have been practical to move.

I remember watching that and Tank Girl. I watched Tank Girl again not too long ago, holy fuck it's bad. Idk how I watched that when I was little. Maybe I'll watch that movie again too, hope it doesn't suck as well.

Not a chance.
Tire armor would do next to nothing against rifle fire or even close up handgun rounds.

They could help with blunt force, like getting hit with a baseball bat. But tires actually have kinda shitting penetration resistance. See driving over a nail.

Who remembers the movie that involves I think robots that look like humans trying to kill humans? (No not terminator) all I remember is a guy and girl trying to fend off all these robots. In the end the female ends up being a robot and he has to kill her, he escapes in a ship (I believe a ship) and on the ground is a teddy bear than begins to move and then the movie ends.

I know really bad detail, maybe there were two females, an adult and child, and they were both robots? I don't remeber

"tires" isn't really an accurate enough term either, it's the steel belted radial. Pic related. It's too heavy and not effective enough for body armor but the idea of reinforcing a wall with them is not a bad one. Layer them over something you want to use as cover anyway, talking just the tread surface here, glue them to the outside of a car door, that kind of thing.

Brenneke special forces maximum penetration rounds will go through the radial, through the rim, through the other side of the rim, through the other side of the radial and keep going... assuming it doesn't hit a rotor and stuff.

Demolition Man is a significantly better movie than Tank Girl, better cast, better performances, better plot (if you don't take it too seriously), just better in all regards.
It wasn't really a hit in it's day, critics hated it and audiences didn't care about it, but it's really become a sort of classic after two decades of being on TV and getting rented. People didn't really give it a chance in cinemas, but over time as more people saw it on TV they grew to appreciate it as a pretty enjoyable movie.

There's really no movie like it, it's not highbrow, but it's also not a dumb movie, if watched in the light of 90s PC culture, or modern SJW culture, it has some pretty clever and funny moments.

Wesley Snipes plays a pretty fun villain too.
