Yeah, that's the PTR. they sell port buffers you can weld or clip on, though. Fixes the problem.

Not bad at all actually, just one or two very, very light dents. When the gas system is adjusted properly it's actually surprisingly gentle compared to the mangled brass horror stories. I don't reload though but I save all my .308/7.62x51 brass for when i eventually get around to starting.

I traded my .357 Desert Eagle and 300 dollars for it, I took it out to the range and tried to shoot it and the slide and frame locked up. My gunsmith told me he has seen this once before with another Dan Wesson 1911, I've heard great things about it but well see how it goes.

I want to another eventually but in worse condition. The only reason why I sold it is because it was in immaculate shape and I didn't want to beat it up. Im not a S&W collector so I sold it to someone who was and who wanted it as a safe queen.

4" K frames are by far my favorite wheel guns.
