>>27685973Buy a Hi-Point Carbine, and a .22 Heritage Rough Rider Revolver. I say this, because if you're not buying to carry, there's no reason to buy a pistol other than for dicking around (and that's a great reason, don't get me wrong). I know you're not buying to carry, because you're considering a Hi-Point. Decent pistol, but has the weight and design of a brick, which is not something you want in a carry gun.
So, since you're not buying for carry, why buy a Hi-Point Carbine?
It's very easy to point and shoot. It's cheap. It's got a great warranty. It's reliable (If it's not, send it in for free and it'll come back good as new). It spits out bullets with a greater velocity than a pistol would. It eats any and all kinds of ammo, even steel cased.
It just works.
And if you want a pistol to dick around with, the .22 Rough Rider makes an excellent choice. You can switch cylinders between .22lr and .22wmr, and plus the sinlge action makes it last longer. And everyone should own a .22 single action revolver, because they are FUN. They are FUUUUNNNN. They are accurate, and they are really, really fun. Plus, they're pretty cheap, too.
So there you have it my man. Hi-Point Carbine and .22 Heritage Rough Rider revolver.
