An asshat Iraqi pilot for example doesn't know how to keep from blacking out while pulling 6 or 7 Gs, he thinks Allah and his moldy G-suit is all that you need. A Paki goat-fucker in his plane has only a peripheral understanding of trusting his gauges and not his eyes; force him into a violent enough of a spin and he'll forget where the ground and sky are, panic, ignore his gauges, and likely plow into the ground at Mach 2.
Every American pilot has the same tired acronyms and concepts drilled into his head from day one as basic flying concepts: GLOC (G-Induced Loss of Consciousness), hypoxia, spatial disorientation, IFR (Instrument Flight Rules), etc, etc.
Ask an Arab or a Chinese bloc pilot about his GLOC training and he would more than likely be like "Gs? Ooooh yes we have special suit for that! Is most useful! Need nothing else!"
