Can anyone identify this round for me?
I was qualing last week at Fort drum and we were shooting these instead of green tips. The copper jacket is normal, but the tip was kinda powdery like it had corrosion on it, it was a dingy brown under the white and you could freely spin it like it was a seperate inlaid tip inside the copper jacketing. I would guess it was a light AP round like iron or steel but they don't corrode that color...
