>>27697028No. But I can draw a couple rational conclusions based on what information the video gives me.
Ask questions that critically asses this situation. Who is he? What would he be doing in that neighborhood or area in his capacity as a police officer? Why might he be approaching that house in his capacity as a police officer?
Why is he in plainclothes rather than a uniform, disguised in a garbage man costume? Why is he clearly visibly armed, as if he didn't expect people to see him below the waist, almost as if he expects to be sitting in an unmarked vehicle for long periods of time?
In all likelihood, he is in that neighborhood in a plainclothes undercover capacity, surveilling a house or person.
With complete certainly, he has either been in that neighborhood before, or at the very least, witnessed one of those two attractive, young women as they parked their car and entered their house.
Assuming the very likeliest scenario given the facts we know (that is, that he was there in an undercover, surveillance capacity), what the fuck is he doing on some questionable beat-cop-broken-windows-policing activity, like walking up to the domicile of these two girls, clearly armed, to inform them that hey, yes, I'm an undercover cop, just hanging out, noticed your car door was left open, what are you doing Thursday?
Why would he swagger up to the door of someone uninvolved in his very specific investigation, that requires him *by the nature of its mission* to maintain anonymity?
This whole situation stinks of someone being a bad cop, being unprofessional, and thinking and acting far outside of the limits of honorable service.
