Hey guys I just got this mafro for my me 16 rifle and I'm spouse to see a orange dot, but the dot is really hard to see and almost invisible.
So I was wandering if there is a way to make the dot more clearer its not so new and I can't get a new one .
Please help me

The RX01s were never awesome, but the fiber optic in your picture is extremely cloudy.

You can polish it out carefully with a plastic polish. The clearer it is, the better light transmission through the fiberoptic to the reticle.

I could only see that helping if it had caked on dirt/dust.

Best case scenario they look like the picture when new, which is still shit (especially on a lighter backdrop like an arid section of the world like where you are). I would just get comfortable shooting through it with your irons if you are unable to receive a better replacement from supply.

Those sites are utter crap and there is not much you can do about them but maybe scrub some of the dirt out off the surface

If it's not working and if you can't fix it, why not talk to the armorer or whoever issues your weapons?

I know the IDF reuse and recycle a lot of their stuff, but surely they'd let you have a different optic if that one is actually worn out.

Well thanks a lot guys, I didn't really get. Any help but thanks anyway. I'm not a rookie I'm actually a commander my self but our armory sucks And I'm not from the infantry I'm from the artillery unit's so I didn't have a lot of experience with meprolight only with the cannons so.. A commander does not have to be an officer, he might be an NCO.
Anyway, it is common in Israel to give such shit weapons with shit sights to non-infantry wannabe-warriors as artillery and anti-aircraft.

that brown area on the front, its oxodixed and light cant pass through as well. get some buffing compound like they use on cars and a soft rag and gently wipe until it becomes clearer. its just like doing a car headlight
