hey /k/, got a major problem here, need help
me and my wife are happy with our lives, no financial problems, arguing happens but its not crazy, nice house, stable, like I said relatively happy...
I love guns, ive loved guns ever since I was a kid, playing cops n robbers, playing war, shit like that. I've always wanted to own a bunch of guns and go shooting every so often. I've always wanted to build an AR15, etc.
Now the problem I have is that my wife absolutely despises the idea of having any guns in the house, she calls it a "compromise" allowing 1 gun in the house. (I have 2 but she doesn't know)
Whats ridiculous is that she knows how I am and what I am about, but she doesn't want guns because:

I've told her a million times I am safe with guns, Ive never done anything unsafe with guns, I have proven to her time and time again that I have been using good safety
>2- our future kids will shoot up a school
how the fuck does she know this? if you raise your kids right, they will not do autistic things such as. I tell her 'are YOU telling me that you're not a responsible parent? you basically have no confidence in raising a child?'
>3- you dont need that many
ok, so then you don't need all those pairs of shoes, you dont need more than x amount of knives in the kitchen, we don't need a swimming pool to live, etc.
Point is is that yes it seems like she's a bitch but she does do every other wifely duty in the house like cleans, cooks, etc etc. she is a great wife and we get along great. it's just this is the ONLY problem I have
