But you know what you have done? You have included our mental health records in all of our background checks so now any time any employer or money lender wants to run a credit score and background check on you, they can now discriminate against you for any issue they may deem mentally unfit.
Congratulations, we have no prevented people with past depression who are no longer depressed or on medication from obtaining firearms, work, or loans. We have also stopped people with ADD/ADHD from becoming employed because it is too much of a risk to the employer. Anyone can now see all of your mental health records for just about any purpose.
But what do you have to hide? Why should you worry if you feel like you have nothing to hide. I mean that same train of thought goes along with supporting the NSA and the PATRIOT ACT, right?
