Tomorrow, Tuesday will be the day the USAF will FINALLY award either Northrup Grumman or Boeing/LockheedMartin the contract to build Murica's next bomber.
It's time to take a final poll on how you think this plane would be configured.
My guess:
Northrop Grumman Wins. It'll have 2 engines, derived from P&W F-135 including the STOVL variant's drive shafts for electric generation purposes to power self defense DEW and other electricity hungry shizznits. It'll be a cranked kite planform with enough margin to ease upgrade to ADVENT type engines when the tech matures.
