Hey /k/ommando's

I had a question regarding reloads on shotshells.

I learnt early on that cycling live shells is not only dangeous, but purely retarded as the ejector dents and can warp the brass (pic)

This brings me to the question, as im going to be getting into reloading my own rounds...does this severly limit the reload potential of shot shells?
