I have everything needed BUT a go to rifle, I have only 2 AR style rifles, one which is a DOE SMG build and the other is a early A1 build, neither of which are up to the requirements of a "go to" rifle.

Buy a arsenal ak, Colt, DD, or build a BCM.
Buy a good surefire flashlight, aimpoint optic, and a good sling.
Spend the rest on ammo, mags, and a simple chest rig like the PIG UCR

Honestly, buy 2 or 3 parts build kits of FALS. They are becoming scarce besides DSA rifles, and parts aren't as widespread. But you can throw rails on one and mount whatever optic and other go-to-rifle needs.
The value will skyrocket within 5 years.

You should definitely spend the money on one good rifle, probably a mid tier AR, and get a good quality optic, some ammo and a rig to carry it all. If any $ left over, buy more ammo or a gently used 9mm sidearm.
