They sell vaious hidden keys disguised or stored in watches , bracelets , and necklace bling. They also have some that clip to your small of back on your belt. Keep in mind proceedure right after a handcuff is a frisk. This might mean they'll miss your key , but they will have your ID and wallet meaning theyll file charges on you at large rather than your shitty on-site charge. (Warrant rather than arresting charge) (evading , resisting arrest / det)

The standard key models after the smith and wesson 101 models , asp keys are the same but EARLY prodction asps are slightly off and are usable on sw101s but not backwards compatable meaning they wont accept sw101 keys

Another varible to keep in mind is hinge cuffs which are more painfull and deter picking with pain from rigidity

Strip searches are done in county jails after failing to make bond in 24hrs , or on federal charges. Your mouth is checked at every holding facility but your vagina / anus is only done on searching for dope or when you make it to county, fail at paying bond, and are given your clothes and bed.
Newer facilities check using metal detectors that are designed to full body you. Although they do make polymer keys
