I am %80 sure that would be an "AOW" and require an NFA stamp.

That's why you never see Taurus Judges or S&W Governors with a smoothbore even though smoothbore is much better for shot patterns.

I actually have been considering making one of these(minus the shotgun). Problem is finding a tok without the fucking safety. I mean I could probably plug the hole up with something, but it seems like a nuisance.

All you would really need to do is measure how far you need to cut down the hammer so that it is flush, find someone to make those grips or checker one yourself, and get a stainless barrel for it, also grind the trigger down so that its shorter.

I saw a thread on therpf forum i think of a dude who made one out of an airsoft gun, I think the main problem he had was the grips and installing the shotgun trigger.

Like most such things, if you're asking 4chan then this is out of your league. You could probably pay a gunsmith to do it though, assuming this is real and not a prop or something.

it looks sweet on the tok, but your best bet to make it all fit would be a longslide 1911. 20 ga would be the best for recoil/size constraints. I think the easiest way to do it would be to build a side swinger barrel and an inline striker system with the spring wrapping around the firing pin. the trigger could just be a little nub that sat just a touch below the front of the trigger gaurd.

Also, a frame with an integrated pic rail would work best, that way you would have some metal to work with when you were figuring out how to attach it. 416 stainless or 4150 CrMo would be your best metal choices depending on what kind of finish you wanted.

In the movie, there was a second trigger. You can see them both in pic, and I believe the rear one is for the regular gun. I only remember them showing it fire once, so it may not have been functional in the prop.

I don't think there's really room for two triggers, either. But maybe a button somewhere on the "main" gun? If they can stuff a safety in one, would that be such a difficult idea?

The little button, looks like a triangle, just to the front of the trigger guard disengages a lock that holds the barrel up while resting on the pin attaced to the front of the gun just under the barrel

Like all custom projects it would cost a lot and it would take a lot of internal fucking fucking around. The main problem is finding a mechanism that would have enough spring pressure to work the firing pin.

Good news is that they are usually $300-$400 if you shop around and you should probably only fire short shells because anything else wouldn't build enough pressure to do anything but make some noise. Using a very strong spring and a striker you might be able to have a chance of it but it would be VERY hard to cock and even then rather hard to make reliable.

The machining on the classics is somewhat better than what Zastava produces, but slightly rough tooling isn't exactly an opinion changer for me on a $200 gun.
Almost all classic Tokarevs were basically mutilated when they were imported.
The added safety is so godawful that I will never own one, but I've also held a Zastava and for the price they seem like a good deal.

Well, No, its a movie prop.
However its probably based on any trigger guard picatinny mount. Then all you do is minaturize the workings of an M203 and relocate the sear release (that little horn sticking off the bottom) and it should not be a problem. In the case of shotgun shells I would make it a slide forward design like a m203 to prevent the possibility of side blowout from side hinged launcher designs.

Also nobody really explained why the Kingsman carry a /k/ommie gun. I understand the benefit of 7.62x25 tokarev but its not exactly a super concealable gun.
