Having ANY degree, even something "useless" as History (calm your tits, History is not a "fuck me up son" degree), makes you better than 70% of applicants. Also to mention is that student debt for bachelors is easily paid in one year (financial aid will help you in Bachelors, but may god help you in graduate school).
If you can get "connections" right out of high school, good job, but it is 1.5x easier with a bachelor's degree. Having a bac. degree WILL pay back in large and small ways. I promise you.
A Bachelor is the new high-school diploma in the blue collar world; a high school diploma applicant is now the new "high-school dropout" in the workplace.
As long as you maintain a decent GPA, a bachelor's degree is a good starting point for ANY career.
