Today in my politics class, the teacher briefly mentioned that Saudi Arabia uses religion as a way to suppress freedom of expression
This fucking arab girl burst out on a ten minutes speech on how she's actually read the quran and it doesn't say that freedom of expression of expression is bad, that it says violence is not good, islam is a religion of peace, etc.
Every 5 seconds the teacher tried to say "maybe that's true but all I'm saying is this government cites their own interpretation as a reason to do horrible things"
