I always thought that the worlds military's where always well prepared for gun shortages but after seeing this article about a mosin being used by isis i doubted that some military's where armed well.

Yes I agree, and it is a rebel featured with his mosin so I mis read the article and said it was a isis soldier, but my point remains the same, I believe that there could be a arms shortage in the middle east, and not to diminish the mosin it is a great gun and in its roll as a sniper rifle will rival any other large boar rifle of that era in accuracy.

Guns will never run out of the middle eastern wars because all the regional and global powers keep flooding the area with new weapons. The amount of firepower that the US, Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Qatar have supplied to conflicts in Syria, Iraq, and Yemen is insane.
