So /k/, I was thinking... in the event of a large-scale occupation by an enemy force, how effective would just one person be at causing casualties and lowering moral?
Yes, I am fully aware that acting alone as opposed to within a resistance group is probably pretty stupid and likely to get you killed quicker, but I think it could work if one was smart enough about it.
