The manga is one timeline
The first two movies, Ghost in the Shell (90's) and the sequel Innocence are a different timeline
Then the two seasons of StandAlone Complex are yet another, and that series has a sequel movie Solid State Society.
And then the latest series is Arise, and it's simultaneously a prequel to SAC while at the same time breaking all the canon established in SAC and the manga.
You may watch these clusters in any particular order, but I highly recommend not doing Arise. It's shitty teenage angst and coming--of-age combined with waifu faggotry compromising a very serious character.
