it's not a flaw though. It doesn't serve to make the gun worse in any way. I have a 1911, but I don't pretend it's the best gun in the world. I just don't understand why some people get so butthurt over a grip safety.

Just shot a Springfield 1911 last week for the first time. Wasn't anything like I expected. I expected the recoil to be a hard push, but it felt like i was shooting a 9mm. Sweet shooting gun.

45 colt to 45 acp is kind of like 9mm to 38 acp.
they share the same diameter, but 45 colt is a longer, heavier, more powerful round.

I know other than the very front end the Colt New Agent is the most simliar, including the trench sights and everything. But the New Agent also has the gayass flashy "COLT NEW AGENT" engraving on the slide, when I want something flat and clean I can actually have the correct text engraved into for the gun.
