Any tank that is CBRN warfare rated has turret clasps installed on the upper lip of the ring to avoid the turret dislodging if rocked heavily by a blast
If it where gravity only that still doesn't mean it would fall off, unless the tank was completely upside down, there is a lip to the inside of the ring that seats into the hull, primarily to avoid any possibility of shell splinters penetrating the ring, but it also acts as a lip to prevent sideslip when maneuvering but if rocked on a heavy slope like that it is likely the turret gap would open slightly and jam. the clasps are to prevent the turret gap opening past the level where the overpressure airpump could deal with the airflow rate
