>going to range with my buddy to sight rifle and mess around with his .22
>Filipino guy is there with a guest friend packing his stuff up
>dont really pay him any attention
>look over his gun and ammo
>savage axis shooting .223
>set our stuff up and look over at his friend
>big half circle of skin hanging off his forehead
>not bleeding but his face is red (barely noticed over his skin) from when it was profusely
>seems kind of out of it
>stumbles once or twice
>my buddy goes over and starts talking to them
>hes new to guns so he asks him what happened
>dude says his forehead was already like that when he got here

I still dont know how he managed it on his forehead, and not his eye, and how he got so fucked up my a .223 recoil, when i've seen much less from much larger calibers. usually its just a cut on the nose or a black eye, but dude hit bone, and had his skin hang off his face.
